Women's & Men's circles
The tradition of women's circles is ancient. Women used to gather during menstruation to support and nurture one another. Today, women’s circles serve as safe, sacred spaces where women come together to share experiences, support each other, and grow — free from pressure, comparison, competition, or expectation.
I facilitate both women’s circles and mixed-gender circles, because I believe in the power of unity, in supporting one another regardless of gender, and in learning from and understanding each other more deeply.
In a world that often asks us to perform, push, and hold it all together, these circles offer something different: a place to slow down, be seen, and reconnect with ourselves and each other, nourishing our deep need for community, honest connection, and mutual support.
These gatherings are safe, confidential, and inclusive spaces for reflection and sharing. They are not therapy groups or lectures, but intentional meetings where everyone is invited, but never pressured, to speak from the heart, listen deeply, and engage authentically.
Circles are open to anyone who feels called to join. No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to show up as you are.

Structure of circles:
Each circle is centered around a specific theme, such as self-compassion, gratitude, boundaries, or slowing down. Each circle is unique, and includes a blend of the following (& much more):
Opening grounding (breathing exercise or a short meditation)
Thematic sharing round guided by reflective questions
Creative or embodied activity (e.g. journaling, nature-inspired rituals, gentle movement)
Closing circle with integration
